Canelo may not choose Brook, but he certainly SHOULD choose him... either after the Smith fight, or next one behind Smith.

A con job would be you in the ring 5 rounds with GGG. You'd have to wear your Depends AND your track shoes. Brook isn't saying he's 'the guy' at JMW, he's saying he wants a shot... as most top fights do. The guy certainly made your hero GGG look confused and frustrated for a bit there. More than any other of GGGs challengers have.

Let's not forget Brook's last 3 WW fights were bums! Then he lost by TKO last night! He has to prove himself at 154. He can't just go the top of the list coming off a TKO loss! Now if he beats Lara, Andrade, or Cotto, then a Canelo shot would be deserving!

Lara deserves no fights on television networks. Sorry, because judges give credit to fighters now for hugging and running, doesn't make him a good fighter. He disgraced himself, his country and the sport of boxing in that Canelo fight. He should be blackballed. I would never watch a Lara fight again.

Brook is part of the long line of Brit-boxers who stepped up in competition and were soundly beaten. Brook v. Liam Smith is clearly going to be the big cherry of Brook's career.

What exactly has Lara done to be in that type of position? Lara is a guy who needs to prove himself. Cotto would be a good fight if Brook doesnt get Canelo.
