sooooooooooo........not meaning to put words in anyones mouths BUT

what was 3g supposed to do after bashing in the eye socket ? take it easy ? not hit him in the face anymore ? what would brook do if situation was reversed ?

people weep about injuries during a fight as if injuries (inc cuts/welts) arent to be expected. twisted ankles, sprained elbows, broken hands.....all part of the hurt business.

    wtf

Ingle looked out for Brook. A real fighter never gives up but that's why he has people in his corner; to look out for him.

If he didn't stopped it; things would gotten worst for Kell. It wasn't the typical GGG stoppage but a TKO neverless...

      BJS or Jacobs next? Canelo?

This fight reminded me of GGG-Ouma bout. When Ouma started to outbox GGG and landed a couple of hard punches, Gennady abandoned boxing and decided to break Ouma in a street-fight fashion. As a result Ouma was broken in 7 and also suffered cracked orbital.
It seems that since Ouma fight, GGG has become even more relentless and ferocious puncher.
Also, Brook has a great sense of distance. Rare to see GGG miss so much. Brook probably could outbox him, if GGG would try to make it a boxing match.

He said it was in the second....doesn't reallymatter though when it happened I guess. His boxing career might not be the same after surgery.

Floyd/Ward fan here! Great fight by GGG! Broke the man's face, just like Lara did to Angulo! Still would like to see GGG vs. Lara! Brook had the totally wrong strategy, first being to fight @ 160 from the get go! It might have been a different fight @ 154. After last night, I think that GGG would not beat Floyd @ 154, nor Ward @ 168! I do concede that I don't think there's anyone out there who can beat GGG @ 160. Lara, Jacobs, and Canleo would cement GGG's legacy, if he were to defeat all of them.
