To me, a fighter doesn't have to be an undefeated world champion to be considered a better win than Shawn Porter.

Now after he's retired and I know what ha has done in his career and what fighters did he give problems to, Marcos Maidana is a better win than Porter. Which is ironic because I consider Porter to be the Maidana of today's WW , but less accomplished.

Khan is still a greater fighter but that might and most likely will change in the future years.

The Maidana that fought Khan was nowhere near the maidana that fought Mayweather or Broner. Nowhere near!

Khan's not getting extra points because a fighter severely improves down the line. We know Khan was avoiding that rematch.

The Maidana Khan fought had really bad nights vs the likes of chop chop corley and erik morales when morales had gone from being el terrible to just terrible. After the Khan fight he lost every round to Devon alexander of all people.

So please, that's a whole hurl of bs.

Khan would get absolutely ****d by Porter which is why he'd never fight him.

If Khan is greater than Brook, he should prove it in the ring you know - against brook.

I like Brook very much, but let's not get carried away with a brave performance TKO loss. Let's look at his wins please.

These are Khan's wins against World Champions.

Pretty good consistency I'd say. Khan started very young and is at end of career. Let's see where Brook goes, but I'd say a Prime vs Prime fight would have been entertaining, I would have picked Khan in that bout - but reality is they are at different stages. I'd still think a future fight would be close, I'd maybe lean 55/45 towards Brook. Khan just made a TON of cash with Canelo, so may not have motivation to fight on anymore.

Marcos Maidana (World CHampion before and after Khan Loss)
          Zab Judah
Paul Malignaggi (World Champion before and after Khan Loss)
          Chris Algieri
          Devon Alexander
          Luis Collazo
          Julio Diaz
          Dimitriy Salita
          Andriy Kotelnik
          Marco Antonio Barrera
          Gairy St Clair

Maidana was not a world champion before fighting Khan.

I'm not saying Porter is a killer, but neither are the guys you mentioned. I mean, listen to yourself - you're mentioning Malignaggi, Judah and Kotelnik ffs

Maidana was a crude slugger when he fought Khan. Got schooled by an old ass Erik Morales just before Khan and was again schooled by Devon Alexander after. -> in case you didn't know, the guy Porter battered.

Porter has proven to be a tough fighter and a top welterweight.
Porters a crude slugger got schooled by a shot to **** Diaz only ever beat smaller shopworn guys moving up Devon already got humiliated by Kotelnik a guy Khan schooled.

Broner got battered by a Khan victim Maidana dropped multiple times and still managed to put atg Porter down. He also barely beat if that Paulie lol

Porter also struggled with shot to **** alfonso gomez too lol

Porter is clearly better than any version of opponent Khan ever beat.

That's not a question for legitimate boxing fans.

Personally I think Brook taking Porters title in the U.S. is greater than anything Khan achieved.

Khan was fed used up guys like Barrera, Euro bums like Kotelnik and feather fisted guys like Paulie. When he took on guys like Peterson and Garcia he was exposed. So then he fights a few bums / pillow fists, and gets starched by Canelo.
                      Rinse and repeat.
