Delahoya won, congratulations to him, but in his prime, the fight would have stopped in the first. He got caught with many wild shots including that uppercut that stunned him. He looked a bit slower in that fight. I'm not taking anything away from Oscar, just comparing him to his old self.

You didn't watch fight the fight very closely. Oscar has been out of the ring for almost 2 yrs and blocked/dodged most of Mayorga's punches. Mayorga throws from odd angles and with conviction, so of course he will land SOME of the time.

No one KOs Mayorga in the 1st round at any point in Mayo's career.

in mayorgas defense... he did stun delahoya... this would have been one hell of a fight if mayorga's chin wasnt so ****in weak "in this fight"...he hit delahoya with some nice punches ... mayorga is still a dangerous fighter...

Agreed and I think he will give PBF a run for his money too.I am very excited to see that fight happen now..........I was skeptical before wondering how DLH would perform but he was great.

Nah, because he is fighting again, and thats what made me a fan in the first place.

Hatton, i think, is too small for Oscar, and would get countered into "bolivian" if he and Oscar ever fought.

Mayorga's chin wasnt all of a sudden weak in this fight, Oscar broke him off something.

Oscar looked good but Mayorga is technically nowhere near his level and this made Oscar look even better. Personally I think DLH did look a bit slower and older and that Mayweather would probably beat him.

This kind of resembles the latest Kostya Tszyu comeback when he came back and destroyed Mitchell, and then lost to Hatton in the fight following.
