If Jacbos wanted to face GGG that fight would have happened already. Loeffler actually talked to Danny and made him an offer which was same as his highest payday vs Quillin. 1.5 mill and Danny said its chump change and said he wants to build the fight and face GGG when the fight is marinated, in 1-1.5 years. Danny is very inactive and cant sell tickets and has a paper belt, if he beats GGG he would become a superstar, so whats the reason not to take the GGG fight for $1.5 mil? I mean Canelo paid Lara $1 mill and he was happy. Wtf do you guys think Jacobs is worth?? FOR WHAT?

Now FINALLY that Jacobs got a ton of critique, he is now slowly realizing he has to face GGG or he can also just retire and become another clown in the sport.

Kind of hard to believe Jacobs calling Golovkin out when he has already said he doesn't want it, and the reason Golovkin is fighting Brook is specifically because two fighters who called him out and both b*tched out when the time came to make the fight.

Until Jacobs proves otherwise, I'll assume his talk just as empty as everyone else who says they want to fight Golovkin but are nowhere to be found when it's time to do so.

2 years ago he said he wasn't ready. Not the same as saying he doesn't want it. Jacobs has always been an honest guy so I don't see no reason to take him at his word. I'm going to laugh my ass off if Canelo gets Jacobs because GGG's team try's to play hardball.

Jacobs just said very recently (a month or two ago) that he doesn't want to fight Golovkin for a year or 18 months. Hard to believe he's serious about fighting him now. I hope he is, but I won't believe it until it happens. Lots of guys say they want to fight Golovkin when they don't want to, Jacobs included. Let's hope he's serious this time.

You don't need to like the fan favourite black fighters to not be considered racist imo.

I'll always root against Mayweather and Ward because what they stand for is bad for the sport of boxing they bring nothing to the table and they quite honestly don't deserve a big fan base.

Boxing is the hurt business fans fill stadiums to be entertained not to be bored this is why guys like Golovkin, Spence, Inoue, Khan and guys like Froch they bring it when it matters most and that is why they deserve big fan bases.
It's just a simple little case of what is most popular boring fight style or an entertaining fight style and you know which one the majority will pick.

Mayweather is one of my favorites ever....What does he represent exactly? Winning a legit world title at 21 and being p4p for like 20 years? Don't even play that entertainment stuff because it is embarrassing..... Floyd was sensation early in his career before his hands started giving him trouble.
Floyd also has one more knockout to watch than Ray Leonard so he's not doing too bad in that regard.

My favorite fighters off the top of my head are Floyd, Frampton, Cotto, Leonard, Broner, Lara, Fortuna, Pep, Rigo, Toney, Duran... Do I get frustrated when Rigo or Lara won't engage? yes....When Cotto boxed Margs instead of attacking....yes....When Broner boxes lazy and doesn't try like against Porter.....Yes but not because it's boring...I don;t find boxing boring but I get disappointed when they don't perform to their full potential.
