... says the guy who said he was too big and strong for GGG but retired while in negotiations to fight the Kazakh... another guy who was afraid to fight him, a guy who ducked as low as retirement to get away from the fight. Super Middle Weight Carl "I Had To Retire Because I Was Too Big For Him" Froch.

Yes Carl Froch is a joke, his ego is a result of him being an insecure little brat. He considers beating George Groves, going out on a high note which says it all.
What's with all these UK folks always being so obnoxiously territorial? You don't see that junk when foreign fighters come to the USA.
I think this is exactly why GGG's demeanor is different now. I don't think he's ill in anyway, I think he is just disgusted to see all of those UK people with such sheep mentality and hearing that worn out There's only one song.
Wait and see what happens in that ring people.

That's all you got? Grad school lines? 'But he said....'. Geez bub, grow up. Brook has the talent to take GGGs hype train off a cliff. Can he do it? We'll know soon enough. THAT is the message here. SMDH

BTW, I didn't realize from the article (as of 4:23 est) Froch was fighting Brook. I guess GGG chickened out last minute. HA!

Froch sparred Brook in 2010 and had problems with him long before Brook struggled with Carson Jones, back when Brook was supposedly much younger and ******er in the ring. Which indicates Froch doesn't have a clue. Froch was a tough boxer, not a smart one. He has a lot of emotional baggage invested in this fight. I'm just saying his opinion here is of limited value. He retired to avoid GGG. Keep up the good work, you're brilliant. But I guess you know that already. Toot sweet!

Sorry friend, I understand your message now. As for Froch, yes he was always more brawn than technical boxer, but still alotta fun to watch in the ring. Whether he retired to avoid GGG is more speculation than anything IMO, but really, he made a huge pile of cashish in the Groves II fight... so why not retire? After all those wars? I know I would. Besides, he'd have had to wait 2-3 years. GGG has said often how he is in MW to get all the belts, then move up. Anyway, I don't blame Froch for retiring.

One of the slowest punching SMW found it hard to land on a WW, who would have thought?

If anyone actually believes Brook wouldn't have got destroyed in a real fight by Froch though you're out of your minds.
