I like Jacobs a lot, and I believe he has star quality. But we know why he isn't a star. He hasn't beaten the right opposition. Beating Quillin isn't enough. Plus I just don't think he's a great fighter. If and when he fights GGG, he'll lose.

I'm with others on here in that I like Jacobs, and do wish him success. However, it's easy to understand why he isn't a 'bigger star', and he is delusional if he really doesn't get it.
Right after the first Mora fight they asked would you give him a rematch. If I recall correctly Jacobs hesitated and more or less said no way. He knew the Mora fight did little for him in the first place (as he was fully expected to beat him), and that he wanted to move on to bigger/better things.
Well, ummm you did do that in disposing Quillin, only to seemingly waste any momentum you had going in fighting Mora again.

The Quillen win was great, but it doesn't change the fact that Jacobs has a junior varsity title. At least get a respectable title.

386k people bother to watch the biggest fight of your career and you think you're a star.....
They should've put Jacobs/Mora on the undercard of Gonzalez/Cuadras, so that Danny could've fought in front of a decent crowd.

Jacobs needs to step up and Face GGG stop hiding in fear
Jacobs has a nice story and has milked that story for all it's worth. It's over now move on fight GGG and stop hiding in fear. GGG is no where near as tough as what Jacobs recently overcame with his battle with the big C. Maybe just be a Will Smith stand in in movies. Good fighter now prove it fight GGG. People all fans want the champ to be facing the best fighters available not bums like Mora.
