600k PPV buys, at roughly $30 per PPV, puts the top projected number for the PPV at about $18m, or just over $10m available to the fighters once Sky Sports and Eddie Hearn take their cuts. You add in a decent guess at the live gate net proceeds, and you're budgeting a ceiling of maybe $14m for the entire event.

deduct out the cost of actually putting on the show, the payout for the undercard, and other promotional expenses, and some of these guesses about the fighter's guarantees are wildly optimistic.

Terrible on PPV (said to have done 400k-500k PPV buys), but Floyd still ended up doing nearly $14m at the gate, in addition to doing well at the closed circuit, and also the fact that he's kept his hands in so many different parts of revenue, Floyd still made out well.

Wouldn't 400k-600k be an incredible result for Brook/GGG? Neither of them have ever done huge numbers and aren't known in the mainstream so it would be a massive increase for both of them.

Pac was a PPV star before Mayweather. He's still going to sell more PPVs than anyone except maybe 2 or 3 fighters. There's a very good chance Pac/Vargas sells more than Golovkin/Brook.
