He's not a C- fighter on his best day. Hell, diaz is a horrible boxer, just won because he knew how to jab to create distance and be more efficient with his power shots.

Theirs guards are lower, punches telegraphed, and lack boxing type endurance....the two sports will never crossover, one is extremely specialized and the other is extremely versatile.

Conor has speed, a very powerful left hand, and is a great counter-puncher to boot. A perfectly-timed counter shot (in 13 seconds!) was all it took to leave Jose Aldo with his first loss in ten years. And as memory recalls, counter-punchers just happen to be Manny's very weakness (i.e. Marquez, Mayweather, etc.) Marquez even left him sleeping on the canvas from one a few years back.

What is standing in the way of McGregor knocking Pacquiao out exactly? The superior cardio and conditioning of boxers? lol Nate Diaz has unbelievable cardio and stamina on the level of any A-level boxer you wanna name, and yet in both of the fights he had with him, Conor (while gassed) still made Nate's head look like someone just got done botching a lobotomy with a rusty fishy knife.
