Pac and Margs were household names Smith is not. After running from GGG, i would be surprised at 150-200k ppvs.

I still believe Canelo is only a star by default because boxing needed it after DLH May Pac. He was chosen by default imo, he needs to do alot more, ducking GGG is not a good way to start.

mayweather was the last american to reach those numbers. i wouldnt exactly say "support" but every time he fought people wanted to see him. also, earth to canelo ****riders, no1 ever argued his popularity. We all know mexicans are diehard boxing fans are responsible for a good chunk of gate and tv ratings especially when it comes to mexican fighters. Canelo is a superstar yes no matter how you slice it. My beef is when your fighting Liam Smiths of the world and take advantage of the fact that you get to pick who you fight.
