Fury's test result was obtained in March 2015, when he was training for the first fight with Wlad.

If UKAD believed he shouldn't be allowed to compete before it's dealt with, then why on earth did they wait for 18 months before taking action, instead of getting it sorted before the first fight with Wlad?

And please, don't anybody come in saying they had to wait till Fury's appeal was rejected, or his lawyers slowed the process down, etc ... Fury wasn't even charged with anything till June this year.

Your fear of the threat Fury poses to your idol, AJ, is pathetic.

Whatever happens with Fury's hearing, AJ has the IBF title now, so Wlad isn't getting that one back without fighting for it in the ring.

If Fury ends up getting banned and the result of his fight with Wlad is overturned, then Wlad should sue UKAD for not acting on a positive PED test.

What's the point of testing someone before a fight if you say nothing about a positive result till 6 months after it's all over?

Then they screwed up and I think it looks bad on their part to allow the fight to go on. That might get Tysons suspension overturned....I don't know man UKAD appears to be incompetent Wlad should of requested VADA but I'm not sure if they are operating under the same umbrella.

UKAD usually act immediately when they get a positive result. They suspend the boxer's licence and he stays suspended till the case is heard. And if he has an upcoming fight, it gets postponed or cancelled.

They follow that same policy with all the athletes they test, not just boxers.

UKAD and VADA are both WADA accredited, so if a UK fighter is being tested by UKAD for a fight, he doesn't have to be tested by VADA also.

That's how Canelo got out of doing any pre-fight tests for Callum Smith.

Smith is being tested by UKAD, so he didn't have to do the VADA tests on top of that. Canelo said, "Ok, if Smith isn't doing VADA, then I'm not doing it either." So Canelo isn't being tested by anyone.
