Gennady Golovkin will fulfil another ambition when he defends his WBC and IBF middleweight titles against Kell Brook on Saturday. The undefeated Kazakh will fight for the first time in the UK, years after a potential match-up with Britain's Darren Barker fell through and having defeated Martin Murray and Matthew Macklin overseas.

If I'm GGG I'm staying put in the UK and fighting any combination of BJS,Eubanks,Degale.... Judging by the money he's making for this Brook fight, he's better off fighting those guys then trying to get guys like Jacobs or Canelo in the ring with him...

The money would be there for all 3 fights it seems....

BJS and Eubank jr. already went running. Degale would be a good fight.

They did but the $$$ only grows after this fight out in the UK...a quick sell out and defeating a well known British fighter raises his stock there... For the right price those chumps will fight him...

I was just about to say, but you said it in a funnier way than I could have. GGG tried to fight Quillin, but Quillin ducked Korobov and dropped the title, then took the easier fight, Jacobs, for less money, and lost in one round. But GGG so scared of the Americans!

Or does he mean Jacobs, the man who called GGG "the greatest of my generation" and talked about how he wants to build his brand and delay the fight until he can get a retirement settlement for fighting GGG.

Who else is GGG ducking? Curtis Stevens is an American and might just KTFO Jacobs if Jacobs were ever to take a fight against a power puncher, which he won't because Al Haymon has been protecting his chin like crazy ever since he got knocked out.

Who else? Rosado's American, and BHop's protege. GGG was the first to beat him like that. Rosado is a warrior though respect to him as a fighter (don't know anything about him as a person good or bad, but seems like a good dude far as I know).

What other Americans is GGG ducking... lmao.
