We have a lot of DLH doubters here. It wouldn't surprise me if many of these people also said before the fight how Mayorga would expose the lack of heart in DLH.

      Here is the bottom line:

De La Hoya looked great. He took Mayorga's powerful shots better than even Tito did. He ****ed Mayorga up even worse than Tito did. Oscar is no Tito so saying Oscar will get outboxed like Tito did vs Wright is a weak point. Oscar has real boxing skills. No one expected Oscar to jack Mayorga up in that manner. That was a quick and thorough BEATDOWN.

Yes, Oscar is absolutely a threat to Floyd. Anyone who brushes off Oscar is an idiot.

        Thats a pretty good point..

Those flush shots Floyd was landing on Zabs "weak chin" didn't even knock Zab over..

        BUT!

Oscar is 'only' vulnerable(sp) to punches that he cant see coming, if he get's tagged with a shot that he cant see coming he won't be able to flex is powerfull chin and eat the shot up. But if he see's a punch coming, he flexes his chin and will eat it like it was a giant red apple instead of a giant red everlast..

        BUT AGAIN!!!

Floyd is so fast that Oscar might not be able to pick up Floyds punches. Plus you have to factor in Floyd's defense.

There is absolutely no way in hell Oscar cannot take Floyd's punches. If anyone's power would be a factor in the fight, it'd be Oscar's. Fast pillows are still pillows. Oscar doesn't get hurt by guys like Floyd. Outboxed? Possible. Rocked? No.

there 1 to 1 in my book. he learned how to deal with speed in those fights he might be able to give PBF his hardest punch as of yet

**** YES. Man I feel good. This was just great. No one saw that mathodical beatdown coming. Hell, the ppl that picked DLH (me) picked him by close decision. I was very worried Mayo would just plain mollywhoop Oscar. What happens instead? Oscar almost rips Mayorga's head off in the first ***ing round. Crazy.

Your boy Floyd is the ****, but Oscar will give him a stiff test for sure if they fight.

But Oscar only seems to be able to pick up punches that he "see's coming."

You think he'd be able to pick up Mayweatehr's speed???

I personally NEVERRRR seen Oscar take a fast punch that he didnt see coming.
