The only reason we're talking about it is Canelo won't fight. Oscar should know that you can't do something shameful and expect to be accepted as if it never happened. Nobody will overlook Canelo running with his tail between his legs after his "we don't eff around" speech.

Oscar you were supposed to be different than arum and King. Now you lie the same. Smith knocked out 8 guys in a row we can't name. Big and ferocious? Please. Canelo true 154 fights at 180 but not a middle stop please

Had Mayweather-Pacquiao happened in 2011, Floyd would have been 34

Cotto was over 33 when he fought Canelo last year

Oscar was over 33 when he fought Floyd

B Hop was over 33 for Trinidad, De La Hoya, Taylor, Tarver, Wright, and Pavlik

Not a lot of logic in your post

yes! It's only been 3 yrs that Canelo has been fighting in the mw division. If he needs another 3 to build up to mw, so what! And so what that Canelo has outweighed his last 2 opponents by 25 pounds on fight night. He's a growing boy and clearly needs time before he fights a grown man. It doesn't matter that Canelo couldn't decapitate an old shop worn cotto, I'm sure he's capable of taking ggg's head off.

Canelo hits the ring at 172lbs on average for a long time now!
To make 154+1 and re hydrate close to 20 pounds IS A Middleweight!!!!!!
Granted the opponents aren't middleweights who re hydrate to his mark but why should he benefit from opponents who are smaller and weaker?

                    Everyone wanted Canelo vs Cotto...ok!
Everyone wants Canelo vs GGG ............so?

This is what Leonard did to Hagler!
It's what Floyd did for his 12 fights as a welter!
It's what Oscar is doing for his contracted fighter! It's BUSINESS! Not competition

Same as Pac/Mayweather. Milk for as much as you can, then when people start turning and money/viewership go down, then you make the fight
