Lara called out Golovkin the exact same way as bum Stevens.

What has Lara done to push the fight? Confronted him? Sent a contract? No he tweets.. Stevens talked himself into it yes but he was operating at MW & a contender too something Lara hasn't done!

Can someone clear this up for me but doesn't HBO have exclusive broadcast rights to Golovkin's fights in North America? In simpler terms, he cannot fight in any other network; specially the rival one.

It's a good fight and one that I'd like to see happening, but since it'll be HBO bankrolling it, and they don't really need Lara, he'll probably only get it on terms which are pretty poor for him, probably with options in the event of him winning, which GBP / SHO are unlikely to agree to.
