        I know regional belts are there to build rankings in each organization but how the hell does Charr fight for a latin belt? How is a guy with an 8-9-1 record eligible for a regional belt? Solis & Charr will now both be in the top 15 of the WBA with wins & one or both could be involved in a big fight within the next year.

            The shady WBA will sell a regional belt to anyone.

            Neither deserves to fight for a title right now, they've both done poorly the past few years.
