Hopefully the DeGale fight will materialise as a money fight after the Brook fight and we can have an end to this prissy prancing by Cameltoe and GGG, I've no desire for that fight anyway nor any more defences at 160. If I had the money myself I'd pay BJ Flounders to give him the belt then he can be done with a divison he is clearly too powerful for, the endless run of uncompetitive fights has long since started to bore me.

When and should GGG move up I have no doubts he will tear through the division like he has 160. I've got him down to beat DeGale, Zurdo and Jack though I believe he will run into trouble against Callum Smith.

      Make this fight!

Jack/DeGale have only one week left before the WBC mandates Jack/Smith.

DeGale is a Jekyll and Hyde type fighter. One round he will look totally slick and the next round you are like is this the same fighter. He switches on and off and GGG would take advantage of that.

I thought DeGale was lucky to get the decision against Porky Medina.

If GGG will sell in the U.K., then he would be able retire with some decent money in his bank accounts.

On another hand it's normal for DeGale to root for his fellow Brit and stablemate Brook.

As about DeGale "being offered" a GGG fight: this is Hearn's move -- he makes DeGale's fights.

Let's not act like Golovkin is a man.

I thought they already reached out to Degale and he didn't want it?

Well, maybe GGG's team (particularly loud mouth Abel) can back up that 154 to 168 talk...

According to DeGale, Hearn has no control over him and Haymon is picking his opponents now. That could be a stumbling block to GGG/DeGale in the future. We know how Uncle Al feels about letting his boys take risky fights.

Abel and Team Golovkin will continue to talk about who they would fight but until any of those hypothetical fights become a reality......it's all lip service.

That being said, Brook should be a test for Golovkin for at least a few rounds because Brook is the best boxer on Golovkin's sub-par resume. However, the size difference and Brook's inexperience at competing at this weight should be a deciding factor in the fight.

No matter what happens in Brook vs Golovkin, I highly doubt Golovkin will be getting in the ring with DeGale anytime soon. At 168, Team Golovkin will be pursuing the younger, inexperience Ramirez instead of a more experienced DeGale that has an impressive amateur background. The path of lesser risk and resistance will be taken.
