Khan is speaking from his own experiences because the extra weight was part of his own undoing in his losing to Canelo Alvarez. He should have come in a lot lighter too; No higher than a 150lb against Alvarez.

However, he chose along with his team, to weigh as much as the naturally larger and stronger Canelo Alvarez, while neutralizing his natural advantage of speed and stamina in the process.

This was largely the reason why he was caught so early because his body had begun too tire from all the excessive movement, while carrying the extra weight around; Thereby making him an easier target for Saul to find.

Lmao, Khan's jealous that when he 'bulked up', he developed some man*******, while Brook was professional enough to stay in shape.

        Here's Khan 'bulking up'

Really, because Khan was up 5-0 on my and other pundits cards. Is Kell fast enough on his feet and hands to take a lead without taking much punishment? Not sure about that really, I feel GGG will feel him out for the first two then start beating Kell up and take him out in within 5.

I don't think it matters either way, if he was attempting to bulk up or shred weight for speed the outcome will be the same.

Bulking up may help him last a couple of extra rounds, but there isn't one thing in particular Brook does well to nullify GGG at all. Gennady is calculated, cuts the ring off well, and I expect him to blast his jab out there like he did against Lemieux which is going to be hell for Brook to get past.
