I remember when they stated calling WBO a major belt now they added IBO too. I'd be fine with WBC, WBA,and IBF.

Even as a kid I didn't view wbo as legit belt. But now saying that's called trolling. 3 belts at most but I think 2 is best, like the NFC and AFC conferences.

true but it ain't gonna happen, you can't just ask 3 out of the 4 big ABC organizations to stop existing and there's no one common platform which could make a unified deciion that from this day let's say we only accept the IBF belt as credible and not the others. Fans and the media are more divided than that...

UFC is basically like if in boxing let's say PBC would have ALL the best fighters n every weight classes and they would have their own belt.

There are so many more steps that need to be taken in order to restore the quality and popularity of the sport before looking at making it one belt per division (which is impossible to do).
