shane mosley was a good win and cotto was a top fighter around that time. But hes never had the sustained dominance that golovkin had, and cottos been beaten and struggled many times, not always against top fighters either. cotto had no interest in fighting golovkin, and if they did can you imagine what the bookies odds would be?
