He's right. Everyone at middleweight is trying to wait Golovkin out until he looks vulnerable. No one will fight him until he does.

Lol. Some people have no clue. Reading this stuff makes me laugh. The biggest money fight outside of Floyd only is GGG. Manny is still a draw but if Jaun knocked him out what happens when Canelo hits him. Floyd is out of prime but fought without taking much abuse. Pac. has been in to many wars and just to small.
GGG does carry some fighters and only to get more people in the ring. He is a truly strong fighter that right now at best, Canelo might be able to make a comeback after losing to GGG. Or Canelo may take to much punishment because his chin is solid and it ruins him for good. Thats why he hasnt fought GGG yet. He is money king right now. Why would he fight GGG before he makes back the 8.5 million he just lost in court.
Canelo is making bank even fighting Liam. He is young and just doesnt have to take that risk yet. When his money goes down will be the only way to get the match made between the two. Oscar nor Canelo are dumb enough to loose money when they dont have to yet. Remember Canelo's age.
Lets just say this. Who the fuc. thinks Canelo can really beat GGG right now. To further that will it even be competitive. Dont get me wrong I like Canelo and GGG but at 160 the man to beat is GGG and nobody right now can do that.
People saying that his record is all bums, but what about the 345 amateur wins. GGG is that good. He makes his fighters bums to him but to others they are tuff competition.

They are not the same weight anymore. So they should both face their respective opponents and division, when they do decide to fight at the same weight then they can both mouth off at will.

I have a feeling that GGG will intentionally try not to resort to his power as a defining factor for that fight. He will try to outbox and outsmart Brook. At times it would look that the fight is competitive.

Canelos very pridefull Probably too much and I wrote years ago it's going to be his eventual downfall, It worked for Lara it'll probably work for GGG

time is of the essence for Gennady with this fight because the longer it takes to make the better chance Canelo has.
You're right to an extent but dropping the 160 belt wasn't very prideful at all.

Won't be much longer until Canelo becomes irrelevant. Just wait till Zurdo gets back into the groove and looks exciting. Canelo already losts tons of fans, who has he left? This forum here is huge, but how many real Canelo fans are there left??

Canelo hasn't made 154 yet, and he's still lineal MW champ. He's draining to 154, but it shouldn't shock anyone if he fails to make weight.

He has a fight schedule at 154 next week, he has dropped his MW belt. We all need to move on for now. I remember how everyone was talking about Ward isn't a SMW because he had a fight schedule at 172 with smith. I don't see anything different here with Canelo especially with his fight which happens to be a title fight. Whether he is killing himself to make that weight or not is his business too.
