well to be honest ggg is known to carry vis opponents for a few rounds so what he's saying isn't too far off base. If he feels that brook have no chance or his power doesn't affect him he'll carry brook for a few round then get serious again.

Why would Alvarez call for a fight with Golovkin, coming off of a loss, especially knowing that Golovkin doesn't bring any money to the table as is? lol.

Alvarez, were he to beat Liam Smith for the WBO 154 belt, could literally "PPV hop" at 154, with all of the financial terms in his favor (no worse than 85/15 for every fight not with Floyd, Cotto, or Pacquiao) until he's physically forced to move to 160lbs, where he'd still have all of the terms in his favor.

Smith in September (PPV), Rosado to close out the year/open 2017 (regular HBO), Cotto rematch in May 2017, etc.
