no, IMO hes not.

he hit hard, sure. but his KO ratio was greatly helped by the horrid quality of competition of his era.

he was a hard hitter, but there is no way id put him on any list of the hardest hitting HWs ever.

He was a boxer puncher, who could use effective leverage and lay some serious leather on guys.

Huge puncher = George Foreman

Not Huge Puncher = Lennox Lewis.
