He never asked for $9. He just wanted more then what K2 has EVER paid no matter how much they BS and lie. $1.5 but they will say they offers $5-6 million and Jacobs turned it down. Life changing money... They would rather pay bums 500k. Then ever part with more $$$$

Whatever the amount Jacobs wants in his bank account for this fight to happen its more then the fight is worth thus the fight won't happen. GGG fights are splitting about $3M-$4M/max between the fighters purses as of late.

Jacobs isn't THAT much more known than Lemeiux or Brook (although I'm not sure what sorta paydays that fight is getting those guys so maybe GGG & Brook are getting paid more than usual) to command whatever I'm confident he wants to make the fight happen.

For the record I hope I'm wrong & I hope a GGG vs Jacobs fight can command as much money as Jacobs wants or that Jacobs doesn't want a payday that makes the fight unmakeable, but I suspect I'm right.

More likely scenario is Danny intentionally misses weight vs Mora, gets stripped and no longer has to worry about Golovkin.
