how so? He has built world champions and worked with several. Also he has won some big fights.

He gives good instructions mid fight as well

I think its a good move by Fonfara. He has good tools and Hunter could add new wrinkles to his game

Fonfara is a brawler. The only thing ward will understand off sparring fonfara is how real power at 175 tastes but with headgear and big gloves. Kovalev has a totally different style and good boxing skills.

Not a bad move, but not a great one either! You're supposed to want to fight Andre Ward, not spar with Andre Ward! I would've chosen Ronnie Shields or Robert Garcia.

Virgil is an excellent trainer......

Virgil gives great instruction and has vastly improved every fighter he has gotten. Ward great boxer, Khan better boxer under Virgil he's just chinny and Berto is better with Virgil it's just that Berto get's careless but that's not his fault however Berto isn't as careless as before....You truly have to be a novice fan or just talking out your ... to say Hunter not a good trainer.
