yeah, even though there wasnt much action it was still a great watch at the time. Because fury did what pretty much noone thought he could do, win a decision in germany against wlad who hadnt been beaten in god knows how long. Think the last few rounds were decent enough from memory too.

People thought Ali and Frazier were washed up before their 3rd fight. It was true that they were washed up but that obviously didn't matter.

In terms of my own expectations, I didn't care that much about Bute-Andrade beforehand but during the 12th round was crazy excited as much as if it was my favourite fighter involved.

Walters - Sosa because I expected Walters to outclass and KO him. The in-fighting was great from both sides! I'm probably the only one who saw it as an extremely close fight, I had either Walters winning by a round or a draw, while most of the people are saying it was a robbery. But I loved the way Sosa fought, it made me become his fan. I can't wait to see him against Davis if that fight is still on because I like both fighters a lot.

Crawford - Gamboa because I expected Crawford to KO him and win every round in the process, due to their size difference.

LOL at Clegg's signature, I can't believe what I'm seeing!

Anyways can you names some fights?

I made this thread because I think people are overlooking Canelo vs Smith and Pac vs Vargas. Styles make fight and if the underdogs chins hold up, we could have some good scraps...

Casamayor vs Castillo...i fell asleep twice trying to watch that fight

Absolutely. People it was going to be an easy decision win for Bradley and it turned out to be a classic.

Provo-Algieri : Dude was obviously brought in for a highlight reel KO, but ended up giving one of the ballsiest underdog performances I've ever seen.

Mayweather-Maidana 1 : I remember a lot of people shítting on that fight because Marcos was seen as an unskilled brawler and tailor-made for Floyd. Ended up being one of the most exciting fights of Floyd's career.

                  Klitschko-Fury wasn't even a fight.

Recenrly, Porter-Thurman. Non stop action in that fight.

Agreed. People were saying provo was nothing more than an ESPN fighter and shouldn't be fighting Bradley etc etc etc.

I didn't watch it live but didn't know the result and watched a replay online the next day, boy oh boy!

Froch vs Bute was a outcome I don't remember anyone predicting.
