So....VADA charges $20k, USADA charges $150k.

VADA allows you to back out of testing (see Canelo/Smith), USADA does not.

Sounds like Arum wanted Manny to be able to continue ducking mandatory testing. I wonder why.

LOL i hope some justice is done by this. FLoyd is literally lying low because every WBC fight is now VADA. Why would he pay 100 k for a test? for a result thats why! Its funny how anytime anyone brings up the fact that floyd was caught red handed trying to mask his ped use, his fans come on here and flip it around and say well what about manny. If manny wasnt injured why would he have asked for a toradol injection in his shoulder? Why did they close down training camp for a whole week during sparring before the biggest fight in history? Why would his world renown surgeon who performs surgeries for many pro athletes lie about manny tearing his rotator cuff?
