You want an investigation on Manny, OK but lets have one on Floyd too. That would be very interesting. Interesting because we both know that Floyd did not need no IV.
IVs are permitted in NV. Therefore the NSAC didn't have to approve them, only USADA.

no need for me to edit my previous comment. abum was in full save manny mode. this is the 1st ive heard of the so called rotator cuff injury pac has had since forever. that its not serious. it only became serious when may cancelled out that primitive **** pac came at him with.

if a pac fan can point to me to the rd where it clearly shows pac suffering (ie berto vs karass,) then theyd be onto something.

The substance that Manny wanted to take was not banned according to USADA(WADA) but still they stopped Manny from using it.

So again, can we see in writing where Floyd notified NSAC BEFORE the fight about his medical condition? I will even accept a verbal notification!

This is what Showtime wanted to let people know when they thought that the issue was only about Manny, at the time:
"All previous and on going medical conditions must be disclosed to the Nevada State Athletics Commissions.... neither fighter discloses an injury (medical condition)" Showtime - INSIDE MAYWEATHER VS. PACQUIAO | Epilogue

Sounds like arum wants to blame usada for the poor handling of pacs shoulder issue when it seems as though himself and konsz along with pacquaio are to blame

Seems as though roach is the one who wanted to postpone the fight

Horrific decision-making of the insurmountable degree

Pac fans- dont defend it. Makes you look bad.

VADA allows you to back out of testing (see Canelo/Smith), USADA does not.

Sounds like Arum wanted Manny to be able to continue ducking mandatory testing. I wonder why.
That's not true, Usada aborted testing for Quillin Winky, and destroyed the samples. Then you got the Molina Broner farce, wtf happened there

Floyd is retired and Manny is fighting on Nov.
                      That's the reality!
