1. It was not USADA's responsibility to tell NSAC anything. Bob Arum said his lawyers informed NSAC. Did he not? So what's the problem?

2. Seems your 2 athletes informed USADA after the IV. Why would there need to be an investigation to find out the amount if USADA was aware at the time? THATS NOT WHAT Floyd did. Floyd informed them BEFORE the IV. They were with him during the IV.
