This seems like a troll/ bait thread but however, I do have to agree with it.

      You're right.

Just the other day, Canelo was whining about how Mexican fans are so critical of their athletes, so while I do think there is a level of Nationalism and loyalty, some Mexican fans are seeing what Canelo is. Many fans of all fanbases often overlook shortcomings in their athletes and excuse certain things, but Mexican fans, from what Ive seen, wont tolerate too much of this cowardice that is Canelo

he fought more time with much more serious opponents than many while his only loss is against Mayweather. Plus he has a fa friendly style.
              That's how...

Everybody looks bad against Lara, idk how you can blame him for that. Pretty much the same is true to Austin Trout. He won both times though. Not by such a wide margin as some officials' scorecards suggested it but he won.

It's funny how he didn't have to fight Lara, Trout or May but he chose all those fights despite his team didn't want them, but once he ducks somebody or maybe rather jut marinate a fight everybody wants to crucify him.

Mayweather also fought many good opponents, but he also got "crucified" for refusing to fight Pacquiao for so long. It's not just a Canelo thing to get criticised.

that was pure hypocrisy though because the May vs Pac situation wasn't only because of May but because of Pac too. Of course later on after Pac got KOd it was obvious that he is the B side so then he really wanted it but before that it was jut as much on him as on May...

All I say that boxing fans' memory is selective. A fighter can do good things many times they still get crucified if they do one thing what the fans don't like and they turn from good guys to scums of Earth during a minute or so...
Many boxing fans are extremely bipolar and the only thing which interest them is their entertainment nothing else...

Of course I want to see him against Golovkin but I don't make a clown out of myself to go on instagram and post chickens to his posts like some rabid dog...
Drake fans do such pathetic ****... Now apparently boxing fans too

I still believe that the fight will happen in 2017 they just try to make it even bigger in the meantime ad I think Golovkin's side also kows about this and agreed on this.

Weren't they supposed to have a big and proud boxing history? How can they support this guy, who only fights small fighters and now is known as possibly the biggest coward in the history of the sport? The guy is not even that good. He was an extremely easy fight for Mayweather and he lost to Lara and Trout (if you disagree, that's fair, but you can't deny that he looked bad) and he struggled against a shot small Cotto who had done nothing for years, except beating a onelegged cripple and losing to Trout. What's so impressive about Canelo? Even Khan was outboxing until the knockout happened, lol. The only thing about him that impresses me is his ability to manipulate his weight. Everything about him just screams "hypejob".
Mexican fans like a boxer you don't like so you assume they are ****** and you are just so damn smart. You say Canelo will only beat your countryman Smith by robbery. If Canelo needs help from the judges to win a decision over Smith that would be proof enough for me that he is an overrated hypejob. If Canelo dominates Smith and knocks him out that makes you the ****** one and a highly overrated {by yourself} hypejob of a fight predictor and self proclaimed BoxingXpert. By the way the punch stats show that Canelo landed more punches than your countryman Khan in every round of their fight. Canelo has no strange super power that enables him to manipulate his weight any better than any other boxer. That is just your idiotic fantasy. There was no reported fight night weight for his fight with Khan. Crybaby Khan just made up fight night weights of 158 for himself and an insane 185 for Canelo and you believed him like the dummy you are.I have never heard of an official fight night weight for Canelo any heavier than 172 pounds and that is about normal for a big Jr. middleweight.
