i dont know what you even mean by short money, have you got behind the scenes access that guarantees canelo gets paid way more at the end of next year? If canelo was a real fighter he wouldnt have called out golovkin, saying he wants him next, and then dropping down and fighting liam smith, and then start *****ing daily about golovkin not fighting anyone. I'd rather lose a bit of money (if thats even the case as i dont know where you are getting your future figures from) than the whole of my credibility and be seen as a laughing stock.

No f#cking shlt Canelo. You've made the most p#ssified move in boxing since Bowe threw his WBC title in the garbage so obviously you aren't going to risk a L for most fans or pundits respect.

This brief duck has very little to do with money. They haven’t even met for negotiations to mention being short-changed or anything like that. And if they tell you they’re marinating anything, I think that’s BS, too. GGG-Canelo can’t replicate the same snowball effect that May-Pac created. The latter two were mutual PPV superstars that were individually clearing 1-mill buys (when at their peak), with one of them (Pacquiao) being a global superstar reaching international markets.

GGG-Canelo are nothing alike. Them fighting at the end of 2017 won’t be any different to fighting at the end of 2016. The only reason, in my eyes, that Canelo isn’t being rushed to fight GGG by his people, is because they know they’re not ready for him. They’d rather hone their skills that little bit more whilst hoping GGG, at 34, begins to slow down.

short money = 80/20 -70/30 split (you 20/30) is what i mean or within that neighborhood. remember, youre not just some rinky dink nobody. youre a p4p'er.

people are always calling others out. margy is calling out alvy and hes as far away from great as it gets. agreeing to short money can possibly set the tone of future contracts. fools rush in and the results are usually failure.

on and on. GB needed more time and WBC wasnt having it so whats a guy to do ? as for the age angle ? 3g has had an extremely ease road compared to alvy. and its not as if alvy will stay young while 3g gets older. do you see any slowing down in 3g ? or is that the excuse 3g fans will use should alvy beat him in the not so distant future ?

              boxing is a business.

You mean..... like Golovkin did with Ward, Lara, and Canelo ?

Mr 97k cannot dictate to Canelo, who will do HUGE numbers with Smith.

I've seen it on other threads.

WBC is Mexican, Canelo is Mexican, Fishnets is Mexican - they would have bent over and done anything GBP asked

What's more, GBP had months to prepare so the whole "time pressure" angle was nothing more than an excuse

They simply didnt want the fight as Team BS literally only has one cash cow and a devastating defeat for Canelo would've ****ed them up big time

Boxing is a business but let's not try to paint this as anything more than a blatant duck and anybody that pays for Canelo's next fight is a straight up gullible fool

The dozen or so tards on this site who bash Canelo likely never bought a PPV in their lives.....

..... they are butthurt fanboys who saw the little red kid as an easy way for their hero to get some badly needed credibility.

Canelo would have beaten lil'G at 155, and he will give him hell at 160.

There could be as many " wow, I'm shocked " comments after that fight as there will be after Kovalev/Ward.

well, he certainly has more than Golovkin LMAO
