Wait Lara's team sent a contract and tried negotiations? Oh they didn't? Welp can't do anything else about that.

GGG has the exclusive deal with HBO, Lara can't send him a contract. HBO has approve all of GGG's fights. You already know this. If Lara sent GGG a contract to fight on PBC you know GGG can't take the fight. smh

Name me one top Haymon fighter, besides Khan who had no options, who has fought on HBO recently? It's all talk. How are people this dumb? Yeah, no one who can fight GGG wants to fight GGG, but magically that one guy, on Showtime, wants to fight him. Except he can't because of "TV problems" and because "Showtime has been loyal" (his manager said that). He is using GGG's name to stay relevant and some haters eat up the bull****. But that's all it is. If Lara wants to fight GGG, he can go to HBO, beat David Lemieux, and the fight is his. But he can't go to HBO, and David Lemieux would knock him out in 6 rounds, so there you go.

I'd love to see GGG-Lara though. Too bad Lara's team won't let it happen. Can't blame them. Slow Angulo knocked him down twice. GGG knocks him out in three rounds. I would bet my house on that fight, easiest top fight to pick in boxing. Chinny Lara against the top power puncher in the sport, with a great left hook, when Angulo knocked him down twice with a left hook. With Kovalev-Ward I at least have doubt. GGG-Lara? I would pick GGG to knock him out 100 out of 100 times. Easiest fight to pick. Anyone thinking Lara has a chance needs to turn in their boxing fan credentials immediately.
Lil Gina's think nobody has a chance against Lil G, but they afraid of a Lara fight. Lil G has been exposed as a hypocrite lying pussy over the last year.

Then it will come full circle. Smith calls out Canelo for ducking GGG. Canelo calls out GGG for ducking Lara (which is bull****). Lara calls out Canelo for ducking GGG. All these guys arguing over who is ducking GGG the worst. Boxing in 2016. What a joke.
golovkin needs to take laras invitation.....at least canelo fought lara.

how can u be angry at the guy for sticking to 154? if golovkin can make 154 simply do it and campaign there.....don't pick and choose. because then it makes me believe you're draining yourself down for 1 fight.

It's the same interview as earlier, Canelo is correct again.

If you will not be a man of your word Gennady, and back up all that "154-168" talk, then fight Lara you b1tch!

Canelo didn't have to fight Lara, but he did and I think that is one of the reason people haven't really gone in on him. He put a bit of risk on his career there. It's plain obvious that GGG would not take that sort of risk with his career. I don't blame neither if they sway Lara to be honest, he is a difficult fighter to look great against.

Chilemba is a difficult fighter to look great against. Bundu is a difficult fighter to look great against. There are a lot of fighters that are difficult to look great against. Why can't GGG do something difficult?
