Hell no. He's only called "good" when one has an agenda they're promoting.
That said, he's a fun fighter to watch and can give any guy a busy night. That's why he keeps getting fights.

He has been top 10 in the world at his weight for 3-4 years

      Top 15 at worst

He has been robbed a few times. In a few losses to solid fighters, he has held his own and had a good account of himself.

Ill actually be happy to see him fight canelo. I think rosado can beat him.

Rosado is tough and game and he will fight anybody. He isn't bad but he isn't good either. Neither Canelo or Saunders want to fight him because he is lightly regarded and a win over him gains them no respect.

Rosado is a tough ass motherf**ker, that's pretty obvious. But is he "good" when it comes to top level boxing? F**k no.

Dude is a single loss away from double digit losses.

I got mad respect for the guy but he's barely bordering on even being a serviceable opponent these days for relevant fighters.

By the way, Rosado has losses to Fernando Guerrero, Joshua Onyango, Chris Gray, and Derek Ennis.

5 losses in last 7 fights and got KO'd 3 times, lodge very round to charlo and had Lovechanged to NC. He beat almost 3 year maybe more retired Clottey and some guy Martinez. That's not tough.

Guy has heart cause he'll fight anyone but he's not tough. Just a punching bag.

Depends on what your definition of "good" is. He's a damn tough fighter and comes to fight every time. Very entertaining, but I'd say he's a B-ish level fighter

He's not good. He is a C class fighter at best. I'm not sure why he is so popular. He gets killed by every good fighter he faces except the suspect Quillen. He's entertaining because his opponents usually knock his head around the ring. He had a decent run about 4 years ago, but he's lost like 6 out of 7 since.
