Canelo has a point. However GGG was able to work his way into the mandatory position, and it's the most profitable fight out there. Plus we all want to see it so I don't understand why he would run from it.

golovkin will not beat him comfortably you guys are crazy if you think ethier one will win easy. This fight when it happens will be hard for both fighters. No fight is easy in boxing especially at the top level.

I can see this as a beginning (or rather continuing) to building up and market the fight if it really takes place in 2017.

He said some truth there by the way, other question how good that looks from Canelo after he got the chance to face Golovkin but he didn't... But as I said at this point this is probably intentional. Canelo is a good learner in the ring and it seems like in marketing too.

I doN't say that what he does is good and it definitely needs a thick-thick skin but I can see why he does it. He doesn't want to earn 2 millions with a Golovkin fight but rather 4 or 5 with playing with the fans' feelings.

GGG should have accepted the catchweight since he is a small MW.

Canelo was not ready for ANY top MW after ONE fight against former Jr WW Cotto at 160.
