Comments Thread For: Canelo: I'm Making History - Golovkin is Older and Fought Nobody!

KELL BROOK is being offered up as a sacrificial lamb to Gennady Golovkin and will get knocked out. That is the view of Saul Canelo' Alvarez, who faces Brook's fellow Brit Liam Smith on September 17.

Going to look bad for Canelo when he gets destroyed by that old man who hasn't beaten anybody.

That was annoying to read. Didn't like the hate he been getting but after reading that it made him more unlikable instead of putting out the fire he's been under.

I can't wait until Golovkin knocks him out.

I could see Chepo throwing in the towel late too, crying like a woman.

Which is why you're trying to make a fight with the winner of 2 of his leftovers (Monroe/Rosado)? I swear some of these guys have the worst PR reps. They could have avoided a lot of this heat they're getting if they were just honest about not being ready and wanting to work up to 160.

Kinda feel a little sorry for Canelo but he brought it on himself. All these comments you read from him are just responses to questions being forced onto him from reporters. I don't think for a second he isn't sick to death of hearing GGGs name pushed on him day after day. Canelo's good but he's not great. Lara showed his limitations and Mayweather made him look a fool. Golovkin would beat him comfortably.
