Team Bull**** promised that..... " Golovkin would have no problem fighting at a catchweight against Alvarez, who fought Lara in a 155-pound bout.

We’ve always said that if there is a compelling fight, Gennady would move up or down, we’ve talked about moving up to 168 for Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. because that would be a pay-per-view fight and if it’s Canelo, then I’m sure that we could work out a catchweight if he wanted to work out a catchweight and if it’s in his best interest. So that would certainly be a pay-per-view fight, said Loeffler.

There wouldn’t be any issues for us to come down to fight Canelo. There would still be a title on the line for Gennady because he would be fighting under 160, so he would be able to defend the titles at 156 or whatever you have the weight be. But Gennady would be willing to come down in weight to fight Canelo. I wouldn’t say it would be at 154 but certainly, given that Canelo fought his last fight at 155, then you could say that Gennady would certainly be willing to come down in weight to make the Canelo fight
      "
The guy is a b itch when it comes to actually making fights. He really just talks too much. I'm also not a Canelo fan, but in truth, he doesn't need him. If Canelo were to stay at 154, fight the charlo Bros, Andrade, he would just add more of a puddle of p1ss on triple ****wipes resume. Just the 3 above fights would be fights that he would NOT be heavily favored (if favored at all) in. Meanwhile what's the current odds on brook vs vaGGGina?

I really don't think he will, I think he hits a lot harder, and is a lot smarter than given credit for...that asswhippin' Floyd gave him helped him a lot imo.

Yep. He should just stay at 154. Doubt he'll take those fights though. As of now, it seems he's being milked.

              Well, guess what?

It's 2016 and Ward cant make the weight

I'm a Ward fan but that fight could've/should've happened 2 years ago but Andre was fighting the Paul ****ing Smiths of the world

As for Ramirez, the guy has a long-term injury and wasnt even able to fight the complete can that he was scheduled to defend against

he committed to 175 after lil'G-string ran for the hills, you fanboi clown

when it became plainly obvious that fight would never happen, Ward moved on to BIGGER and BETTER things

and stop saying that you are a Ward fan kid, because a Ward fan would be well-aware of that simple fact

you ball-lickers couldn't keep it real if your ass was on fire

Tell me why Canelo didn't drop it immediately after the Khan fight? Why did they dropped it closer towards the deadline? Because obviously they were trying to make the fight happen.

Canelo called their bluff and dropped the belt and now lil g is BEGGING for the fight. I thought it was just about collecting the belts? Team lil G has the belt now so why are they still crying about fighting Canelo?
Is it because lil G tried to pull the whole A-side against canelo during the negotiations just because he was the mandatory and they didn't think Canelo would drop the belt?

You lil Cuck boys don't know how to use logic or common sense.

                exactly !

and lil'G and his management did that on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS !

                good post !

                • You did fight some great guys Nelo.

But who did you beat Nelo?

May boxed your ears off and many felt Lara did the same.

Are you living in a dream world?

Your best legit win might be Trout, then a old Mosley, then a blown up chinny lightweight in Kahn, Angulo?

At the end of the day, taking in count GGG's wins in his long ams career.

Wins over Bute, Direll, Korobov, Lee in ams international contests then Lemieux, Geale, Murray, Ouma as a pro might beat your record Candela.

I don't know about that. Canelo has never fought a MW. I think the only thing he has is his counters. Footwork is mediocre and the only thing he's improved since Mayweather is his upper body movement. Well, his IQ increased but I see a more careful Canelo and the rest about the same. Honestly it'd be an interesting fight but GGG would probably hurt him. Given his speed and never been up against a MW I'd say the fight would end with a TKO.
