If he is not in the top 15, he shouldn't be allowed to fight Smith for a championship because that is the WBC rule. If Alvarez doesn't want to participate in drug testing, the reason is obvious. Smith isn't taking the tests either. To me it's no big deal. I don't think either of them is on anything illegal. I look forward to the fight.
