He's not coming back and boxing is at it's worst right now in terms of popularity. Boxing needs a superstar ASAP. We need a replacement, and it usually takes a few years before another phenom comes along.

Pac is the last thing that we have in boxing and when he leaves after the Vargas fight, boxing will disappear from the sporting scene until a new guy comes along.

Wilder-Joshua can bring boxing back into front page news. Other than that fight, I don't know which fighter or fight can bring boxing back to the forefront.
