Guerrero should never moved up to welterweight. I was still surprised by this upset.

Guerrero ate too many punches in that Keith Thurman fight and it may have very well ruined what was left of this kid's career. He has not been the same ever since. Judging by his subsequent performances, he obviously left something in the ring with him that night which he has never gotten back.

This is the result you get once you move up in weight and go from a fleet-footed, stick and move type boxer to a stationary, flat-flooted, bruiser/mauler type boxer with no power. Not only does it shave years off a fighter's prime but also their career.

Guerrero has been a mere shell of himself since the Floyd fight. 12 rounds of damage from the greatest of all time clearly shot guerrero. Losing to guys like Thurman and Peralta just shows how that Mayweather fight ruined him. Once Floyd beats people they're never the same. ODLH became a coke whore, Ricky Hatton became a coke head, Cotto started wearing pink and Guerrero became a gatekeeper.

Just shows the level of guys Floyd fought. Guerrero was NEVER any good at 147. Never. Way too small for the weight class. Has to carry way too much weight to get up to 147, which is why he gasses so bad in the late rounds.

It happens all the time lol. I guess it just wasn't worth it this time to protect a shot fighter in Guerrero. If this was Danny or Spence or Thurman, better believe the score goes 115-113 in their favor every time.

That's another one of Floyd's opponent he has fought losing to an average guy yet you all at the time defended this absolute mismatch for happening lol.

It appears as years go on Floyd's resume looks shallow and weaker by the day he probably was on steroids to beat Guerrero too!
