Golovkin's made offers to move up to 168lbs 4x already, each time the SMW turned him down.
November 2012 - Golovkin offers Edwin Rodriguez & Thomas Oosthuizen.
La Bomba was undefeated and turned down $500k, twice his highest payday at that point. Oosthuizen asked for more money than was available.

May 2014 - In addition to negotiating with Chavez Jr for a fight at 168, Loeffler was also negotiating with Kessler for a fight at 168. But Kessler was asking for $4million.

May 2015 - Golovkin & Froch negotiate. Froch retires.

February 2016 - Golovnkin's manager approaches WBA 168lb champ - Fedor Chudinov. Chudinov says he's not ready for Golovkin.

His team is currently having discussions with TR for a Rameriz fight next year. Loeffler and Sanchez are on record saying they'd accept the DeGale fight.
People need to start jumping on the opponents to take the damn fight.
