Well, Golovkin tried to fight Canelo, Saunders, and Eubank (I think the Jacob's offer was for December) before he settled on a top 3 undefeated WW in his opponent's home country.

Canelo made only one choice - a chinny WW, who wasn't even rated in the top 5 in a place Canelo regularly fights at.

      Which means absolutely nothing.

If a fighter can make WW, has a title at WW and was negotiating a fight at WW before signing to fight Golovkin. He's a WW.

You are completely off the mark and talking absolute bollocks .Eubank wanted out hence the last minute crazy demands which even his promoter rightfully couldn't put into place .The whole show had fallen to bits when Hearn made the call to Brook.I don't think GGG. really cares if it is Eubank or Brook or both the same night .....stop talking bollocks idiot.

Khan was in the top 5, yet another Lil G fan making shit up to suit his argument.

This isn't as bad as Khan, but it's still a bit of a crap fight. I'm not as critical though. Brook is a big guy. The one point that is relevant is that Canelo fought Khan while clearly avoiding Golovkin. That fight was primed. I could be mistaken, but I also thought I heard mention of Canelo wanting to fight another fighter at MW to get used to the weight, then he fights Khan. Whether that's true or not, that was still a ridiculous fight. GGG just has trouble getting people in the ring, and he can make a few bucks off fighting Brook.

It's different you don't bring up a fighter from one division below yours but two.

Weight is not the on!y issue. Khan has been knocked out by lightweights. No proof brook can be knocked out by heavyweights until we see it. So look at the more important issues please.
Just because two dieters weigh the same on scales doesn't mean both are healthy weight, one could be fat and overweight the other has muscle. Moral of story the scale reading isn't everything and doesn't tell who!le story

                    its definitely worse than Canelo-Khan.

It's not only more weight than Canelo-Khan difference, it's just a bad style match up.
People picked Khan to win the fight, but nobody is picking Brook this fight.
