This is just like when DeCubas mentioned how Lara got $1mill to fight Delvin Rodriguez. These guys get these inflated purses that have nothing to do with their market value, then actually believe they can make extrapolated financial demands outside of their PBC bubble.

The worst thing is that I believe they know well themselves that it's unrealistic to get that much money for fighting bums from any other promoter. Canelo is fighting Smith Sept 16, Dec 16, May 17, Golovkin Sept 17. I don't think he will fight GGG before Canelo. They aren't gonna offer him the money before the Canelo showdown. I'd be suprised if he gets BJS before Canelo. He could be the odd man out with the likely Canelo-BJS collision course slated to happen. I can see stay busy fights like Andy Lee going in there with Jacobs in the near future. That would actually be a fun fight. Who knows when Quillin will be back. He hasn't made an appearance in 2016 yet since DJ took that belt.
