I think the issue here is GGG repeatedly taking step aside fees. Had he be more interested in actually unifying than collecting multiple fees he'd be considered a more accomplished boxer right now.

HBO invited Ward and Golovkin and asked them if they want the fight. GG said yes, Ward said no and mentioned something about his shoulder. Don't know how many times do you people have to be told about this.

All I recall is GGG wouldn't stfu about Ward whilst he was Inactive, the moment he resumed his career GGG became a mute, overnight. Go figure.
