            06 May 2006

In a heart-breaking development, the country's Rodel Mayol lost on a unanimous decision to WBC minimumweight champ Eagle Kyowa in what was described by GAB chairman Eric Buhain as a 'fantastic fight' at the Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, Japan.

Kyowa reportedly won the last two rounds.

Holy ****, and I've been biting my tongue on bringing up that Kyoma lost to Isaac Bustos (who Calderon domininated) by KO in 4 rounds.

Trust me, if Mayol can't even get past Kyowa's boxing skills, what more do you are his chances against Calderon?

Just like Pacquiao, Mayol's chance is when his opponent tries to slug it out with him.

Now, we'll get to see boxer vs boxer instead of boxer vs puncher.
