Gervonta Tank Davis fallout with mayweather is a perfect example of why signing with mayweather is a bad move. Mayweather is a very insecure person and is a lame who has been used to yes men all around him and the moment you dont agree with him 100% he will turn on you, we saw this with Luis Arias who was mayweather best fighter on Mayweather promotion but since Arias was cool with the Rahmans and mayweather wanted him to cut all ties with them and Arias refused Mayweather released him from the mayweather promotions. LOL mayweather wants to tell you who you can be friends with and who you cant lol and in Gervonta case he wanted to tell him where he can live and where he cant and when Gervonta refused Mayweather put him on ice and and sabotage his next fight.

Mayweather himself is the reason Mayweather promotions is a horrible option to sign to mayweather promotions cause you have to deal with him and all his insecurities.

Hes the type of guy who'd only want to take you so far but not too far, and he has to take a lot of the credit. He seems like a control freak also and craves attention

Tank Davis is an idiot if what im hearing is true. Plus we dont know the entire story.
But to say "ill quit boxing before moving to Vegas " is ******ed. Floyd has been doing well guiding Tank, and is 1 or 2 fighte away from being a star if he can win the belt. He needs to listen Floyd right now, as Floyd clearly has his best interest.

makes no sense Mayweather is his Promoter not his trainer. Gervonta Davis has absolutely no reason to move to Vegas and go to the mayweather gym he has his own set up, his own gym his trains out of and his own trainer.

Idk if this is all that big a thing quite yet. But I guess we find out in the coming days & weeks. And while I do think Floyd is too much of a control freak & seems to have his hands in too many areas where he should just let things fall where they fall I don't think requesting a guy to move from a **** hole area to a boxing stronghold to focus on his chosen craft is a bad move in anyway.

And lets be for real Floyd seems to have already invested in Tank with some nice things + his time + Floyd talking about him which is largely why we are talking about him right now so its fair some expectations, from the person doing good by you, are being thrown out there.
