I think one would have to be fluent in Tagalog to know whether or not Manny is intelligent. Because when everyone hears him talk -- all you're hearing is broken English. Everybody sounds dumb when they're barely able to speak the language that you understand. Look at Gennady. I'm a GGG fan but Gennady sounds like a gotdamn 6 year old when he interviews in English. But that ain't his fault. He's from another country so what should we (those of us from the states) expect. And who am I to say, considering that he speaks my language light years better than I'd speak Kazakh.

That said, yeah, Manny telling Kellerman that he won the fight was a bad moment. Obviously. Also, staying with Bob Arum all these years. That was admittedly dumb as f**k. The guy coulda made A LOT more money. He was the second biggest money maker in the sport and didn't need Bob anymore. Although then again I'm no expert at fighter/promoter contracts so I guess me saying that -- easier said than done perhaps.
