Why do certain type of posters hate Ward so much?

i said about 4 times in that thread 'im a fan of spence' but you and others kept ignoring it. All i said was it was a **** opponent and you all took it personally for some reason

You'll always have those kinds of posters around. But there are more true boxing fans than fanatics. But to be honest, I don't think they hate Ward because of his color. He's American, undefeated, and at one point some posters thought that he was a threat to Golovkin before he moved up.

Let's stop generalizing so much. People can like and dislike fighters for different reason

I don't like Ward because he comes off as a bitter, condescending jerk. He is an excellent boxer...Anyone who doesn't admit that is foolish.

Mayweather was obviously an amazing fighter but c'mon...he deserves a lot of criticism for several things in his life/career (unless you think its cool to beat women).

Mostly everyone likes Spence...and as much as PBC has screwed things up, it was obviously a smart move to have Spence fight on Sunday after the Olympics. In general, PBC has done a very good job with Spence in the last year. I noticed a couple threads doubting Spence recently too, but that happens to every fighter that gets some recognition. If anything, its a good sign for his career. 95% of us like Spence and root for him.

Some of you guys are constantly looking for double standards and unfairness. I hope you don't live your real lives like this. It sounds depressing.

Go visit my thread about Diaz/McGregor where people specifically call out Floyd, Ward, Rigo, etc. as "boring" fighters that they can't stand.

Why?

Because said fighters don't stand in front of you. Which is the point of boxing.

Floyd didn't aggravate you against Baldomir?

Rigo didn't annoy you against Agbeko?

Lara didn't drive you crazy against Vanes?


Now...many people will tell you that I love all the fighters above ... but they are all 100% guilty if being negative and even boring at times.

Now Was Rigo/Donaire boring? No it was a classic but that doesn't excuse lackluster performances.

Floyd dismantled Gatti, Corrales- went to war with Cotto and Maidana and schooled Marquez and Manny but the Baldomir fight was legit boring.

Lara spanked Trout and Williams and then became gunshy against Canelo and Vanes.

Look I get you and yes there are some racist assh0les who do exactly what you say but some just think they're boring.

I think GGG ,Kovalev and Ward are kinda boring despite their differences in style, people enjoy different styles.

bundu was a 41 year old european level fighter. People were acting as if he had beat some elite fighter 'noone at welterweight can touch him' i read. To be honest i dont give two ****s if you think im a good poster or not, not looking for your approval mate.

I do agree people enjoy watching different styles. All boxers participate in boring fights at one point in time during their careers. Every boxing match isn't exciting even if you have two good or great fighters. When you do the math, how many guys are exciting in every fight? As long as you are in most fights, I'm good. Some fights are boring but sometimes you just have to win to get to the next big fight. Floyd fought Judah, then Baldomir and then who, Dlh right?

All I see is a war between the fans who think boxers are boring against the guys who love boxers saying that sluggers are boring when they can't connect on a guy.
