Why do certain type of posters hate Ward so much?

i'm a ward fan, and i will try and get to vegas if they ever announce ticket sales and this fight happens.


that said, ward's contributed a good deal to his inactivity. was he the only reason he was inactive? no. kelly pavlik lost his mind, ward had legit injuries, etc. but he did contribute to his inactivity! he had a godo thing going with goossen. maybe he wasn't eh guy to take him to ppv, but he did resign with the guy, and goossen did get him good money and fights in american in the SS
then there's this whole mess with rocnation dragging their feet about announcing ticket sales. just doesn't look good, especially fora PPV in vegas where it's understood that the fights need months to promote and people need to buy plane ticks and hotel rooms.

Well said. Even if you like a guy, the truth is what it is. Ward has a trail of destruction behind him with outside the ring issues, he's really really a massive big pain in the ass to deal with.

Exactly, yet somehow Thurman doing less to Bundu makes Bundu absolute trash. When Spence performs better it's not because he's special it's because of Bundu's age. But when GGG performs great against Martin Murray it's because he's special, not because Murray is a limited fighter with no speed or power.

He will be an A fighter when he beats another A fighter, the rules don't change because he beat more B level fighters than most.

And I think Canelo would be a tremendous win, but I do think Canelo has arguably lost four times so no it's not exactly beating a Jones or even a Taylor. Is it GGG's fault that there are no other high level MW's? No, but I'm gonna crown him an elite fighter because he's the only high level operator.

Did Thurman and Porter not just fight? Did Postol and Crawford not just fight? Frampton/Cruz? Kovalev/Ward not on the way? It happens way more than you think.... GGG could've fought Canelo by now if he had taken the catchweight, Cotto would never have fought Manny had he not taken the catchweight.
