Depends on what you mean by legit world champion. If you mean outright best in the division, then we're lucky if we have 3. In the top 2-3 fighters of that division it might climb to 6-7 champs. There are some outright shockers in there though. Ricky Burns!!! FFS, but you can't blame a man for getting the breaks set up by his promoter/manager and doing what's required but world champ??

In terms of Crolla, he has an argument as one of the top 2 guys in the division and with a win over Linares would be rightly regarded as the best lw on the planet. Selby is a guy who is easily top 3 in the division, again, a unification would make him number one.

You missed out McDonnell who could easily be regarded as the best bantam on the planet, depending on how you view Yamanaka but again, like most of the Brit champs at the moment, he is top 2 or 3 and in the argument for best in the division.

It certainly seems like Frampton has a few sour g****s lol
I doN't really follow it under 122 that's why I said I doN't know about the other two. but MacDonnell is not a champion in his weightclass btw. Lee Haskins is. MacDonnell has a regular WBA belt what I doN't view as a true world champion belt, or only if it's already unified and there's no more super champion above them, but in his case there's a super WBA chmapion there

You maybe right on Joshua but I don't view only one champion as legit/weightclass

As for Linares and Crolla... I'm not high on any of them. I think both Zlaticanin and Mikey Garcia would beat both of them and possibly the winner (maybe the loser too?) of Commey vs Eastern Jr. too

You know.....I just think there is no help for you....you claim masterclass when some wanabe euro leprechaun 'slickster' robs a Mexican caveman but then you say Crawford and Ward are just boring vs technically sound opponents.

Lmao Frampton beat LSC in a close fight. No problem with someone having it a draw or close fight to LSC, but anyone calling that fight a robbery needs to learn to score properly.

Anyway, what he is saying is basically correct a good few of our champs are not legit. Id have it like this

                Lineal/ clear no.1:

                -Fury

Argument to be best in division, without proving it yet:

                -Frampton
                -Degale
-Crolla (people may laugh, but LW is pretty weak right now and should he beat Linares he would be most peoples no.1)
-Brook (though i doubt he moves back to WW)

Solid belt holders/beat good fighters for their belt:

                -Bellew
                -Mcdonnell
                -Selby
                -BJ Saunders
                - Flanagan (won the belt in strange circumstamces, but defended with KO of Magdeleno which puts him in this cat.)

                Paper belt holders:

                -Joshua
                -Liam Smith
                -Ricky Burns
                -Lee Haskins

Crawford and boring Ward wouldn't have the cojones to do what Frampton did, Carl went to his hometown and beat him at his own game boxed and moved and took a fight on the inside whilst we know Crawford and Ward would have ran and held for 12 rounds to pick up an undeserving boring UD victory.

Frampton showed us what a real schooling is the salt is real.

Frampton moved up weight and beat the number 1 of his new division he is the best of his current division but he didn't prove it at the division below I doubt he beats Rigondeaux he is the best fighter about.
