I dont think there is. P4p #1 right now due to lack of fights between P4p fighters, kovelev ward is the first one were getting since Floyd left the crown so him and ward have a legit shot to be the clear 1 in November.

Roman is a great talent but he fights on ggg's undercard and there isn't any real p4p challange at that weight idk why he's considered #1.

Who gives a **** what this caveman fighting idiot thinks. When you grow some balls and fight a real threat (and actually win) then we can discuss your pound for pound list.

Like Roman Gonzalez proved it against Arroyo "hahahahahhaha"

Froch's comments are fair, it's either going to be Kovalev or Gonzalez and if the former beats Ward it won't even be a discussion.

                  side note

Kovalev-Ward, on it's face, being held a the 20k-seat T-Mobile Arena was a ****** notion the moment that Kathy Duva even brought it up. Ward's never fought in Las Vegas, Duva was barely able to get 1500 people out to see Kovalev in Las Vegas, and Kathy Duva has no real long-formed relationships with anyone in Las Vegas.

What would've been so wrong with Roc Nation Sports and Main Events, together, going to MGM Resorts and seeing what their interest in hosting Kovalev-Ward at the 12k-seat Mandalay Bay Events Center, a venue that they'd likely be able to near fill out with the right promotional efforts?

Heck, why not take the fight to Barclays Center? Roc Nation has the relationship, NYC is home to the largest population of Russian/Russian-speaking people in the country (with the SF/Bay Area a near 2nd), and Barclays Center can be scaled for 12k-13k people (with the flexibility to open up the building even further if the tickets really start to move).

My sense is that, no different than what happened with the Stevenson talks, Kathy Duva entered things with some wild notions about how massive the event is supposed to be, yet she's refused to put anything down on the downside of the fight, only hoping that the other promoter for the event is ready to risk their own take on Duva's whims. lol
